All services are delivered based on agreed project scope, timelines, and specifications.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements

  • Supply necessary content, data, and materials on time

  • Review and approve deliverables promptly

  • Ensure they have rights to all materials provided to us

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

4. Project Scope and Changes

  • All work is based on the agreed project scope.

  • Any additional features or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

  • Change requests must be documented and approved before implementation.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before project commencement.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Final delivery may be withheld until full payment is received.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final project is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

  • ZAHFEET SOFTWARE retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement.

  • Any third-party tools or licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

ZAHFEET SOFTWARE will not disclose client data or project details without permission, except where required by law.

8. Revisions and Approval

  • Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as agreed in the project scope.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Final approval signifies acceptance of the completed work.

9. Delivery and Timelines

  • Project timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation and feedback.

  • Delays caused by external factors or client actions are not the responsibility of ZAHFEET SOFTWARE.

10. Maintenance and Support

  • Post-delivery support will be provided as agreed.

  • Ongoing maintenance services may require a separate agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

ZAHFEET SOFTWARE shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

  • System downtime caused by third-party services

  • Misuse of delivered software by the client

All services are provided “as is” without warranties unless otherwise stated.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project under the following conditions:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Failure to meet payment obligations

  • Mutual agreement

Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for.

13. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party tools, APIs, or services. ZAHFEET SOFTWARE is not responsible for:

  • Changes in third-party policies

  • Service interruptions from external providers

14. Governing Law
